Summer Swap Questions...

Thanks to my partner, Preppy Monogrammed Gifts, for sending me the list that is going around for the Summer Swap:

1. Favorite preppy designers? J Crew, Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor Loft (does this store count?), Vineyard Vines, The Gap!

2. Favorite preppy accessories? plaid belts/ribbon belts, simple silver jewelry, grosgrain flip flops, I keep it pretty simple

3. Any hobbies? scrapbooking, shopping, reading, beaching it, walking, basic photography

4. Enjoy crafting, if so anything in particular? scrapbooking

5. Favorite books/magazines? love to read; love People magazine, Real Simple

6. Any other favorite things? stationery, things with my name/monogram on it (but I don't go 'over the top' with it), grosgrain flip flops (have issues with this one), silver stuff, LOVE Pottery Barn and Pottery Barn Kids! I also like crab stuff--saw some today and it was pretty cute! I love plaids, seersucker, some polka dots, stripes, etc...so fun!

7. Collect anything? does dust count?

8. Any kids/pets?
-2 kids (4 1/2 year old son, 7 month old daughter)
-one dog (Border Collie)

9. Any allergies? no thank goodness!

10. Favorite thing to do in the Summer?
-lay out in the sun at the beach or pool with a good read & some fresh fruit
-eat chips and salsa on the deck of a restaurant

11. What most makes you think of Summer?
-the smell of honeysuckle, blooming flowers and everything green again!
-my son's tan little body all sticky with sand..and that cute little tan line! :)
-getting out my 40000 pairs of flip flops

12. Favorite treat/drink?
-love key lime pie or any fruity dessert
-Pinot Grigio or Diet Dr. Pepper!(and drink beer too!)
-White Mocha from Starbucks hot or cold!

13. Anything else your partner should know about you?
-love the color red and anything plaid/madras
-love little bags to put stuff in so it doesn't get lost in my purse
