Bakugan Brawlers!

My son is wanting THESE!!!! Are you familiar? Are you all too familiar? These are the hot item this Christmas. My son wants them...specific ones too. I've tried all over--Target, Wal-Mart, ToysRUs, Amazon, Ebay, etc. & they are sold out. I mean 100% out of stock! I can't believe it! He's been into these for a while and I remember being able to just pick one up at Target, and now they are selling on Ebay for twice the price! If I'd have only known! I could be making a killing off of Bakugans!

Here is THE one....Serpenoid. You seen it? You have it? Want to sell it to me? :)
These are little balls that when placed on their special magnetic baseball-type card, pop out into these beings. There's a game to it, but he doesn't know anything about that. He just likes these little things. (And his sister LOVES putting them right into her mouth!) They are the size of a large gumball. Or you can get the 2 inch ones, but he doesn't want those.

This is Centoipod (or something like that). He wants that one too. So, I'm off to rummage through the stores again. I keep telling myself I'm not going to give in to Ebay and buy it.

I can't believe I'm old enough to
#1. not want that 'hot' item from Santa, and
#2. have a child old enough to want that 'hot' item!

It's crazy! It's on his list to Santa, and Santa can do anything, right?

You are speaking a foreign language to me because I have girls! I have no idea and have never heard of those things, but it's interesting to know what the hot item is!

Remember when it was a Furbie? Lol.

P.S. I'll be on the lookout for you (I shop a lot) and if I see them, I'll e-mail/write you and see if you can't find them still and I'll mail them to you.

It's kinda fun to have something to "hunt" for. Like a game. Lol.

I totally get it. My son has only 2 of the balls but Santa is bringing several. I will look through the ones I have and let you know if I have that one!!! Sam's club today had the six pack of balls with 6 cards for $24.99.

Thank goodness mine is still all about dinosaurs. All he wants this year is that dinosaur you can ride on. Good luck - I'll keep an eye out for you!

SANTA, SANTA, SANTA! He kills me. I too have a son who is lusting over these things. I have had some luck EARLY mornings at Target. I have seen the Serpenoid, but only in the B2 Bakupearl series which are a tad bit larger. I was so proud of myself for scoring some of these for me and my friend, but then loving son says he MUST HAVE specific ones. I can't take it anymore. This is why I MUST HAVE Chardonnay.

FYI, the white Bakugan come in a collector's tin. Sometimes people don't realize that.

I just need one. We have 6 of these stupid balls, but Santa needs to stick one in the stocking. They are always sold out. Always!

My son was oblivious to Bakugan until my hubby decided to introduce him! Yeah! My hubby was at Wal-mart and overheard people talking about how they can't keep them in stock and he thought why not get one. Then he proceeded to come home and ask Jack if he had ever seen the cartoon (which he hadn't but now is dying to watch it). Great, one more thing my child wants to watch on tv. Last year it was Cars and now we have moved on to Bakugan. By the way, what are they exactly? :)

The minis asked for these incessantly until I declared a big Hell NO and demanded silence from them.

It lasted about 1.5 aisles.

Turkies.

It may actually be more time-efficient shopping for these online. It's a fight to get them in the shops right now.

Found a blog article that co mpares the two you might find interesting

My son wanted them desperately too. He is not so picky to want specific ones thankfully, but I had never even heard of the things. I actually did an entire post opn them about a month ago when it first came up. I found several at Target and our target still has a few more. the online stores have been out of them forever. I hope you can find them.
