I mean Cinderella's Castle....... (in the Poltergiest movie voice) we're hhhhhhhheeeeeeeerrrreee!
We are in The Magic Kingdom. Actually we are checking out today--have to go to our Character Breakfast this morning and then we're headed home.
Things I learned:
It's been more crowded than we expected.
It's been colder than we expected.
It's been windier than we expected.
Big Brother liked the roller coasters!
Big Brother liked the water ride!
Big Brother didn't like Pirates of the Carribean.
Magic Kingdom can be done in 2 days for-sure (at least for our family).
Some of the rides are the EXACT same as when I came as a child.
There are not coffee makers in the 'value' hotels on property.
Beers cost $6.50.
Margaritas cost $8.50.
It's still the best place on Earth.
I'm still a kid at heart.

Oh....I am so excited. We go in 11 days!!!!! I have a quick question though...what was wrong with Pirates of the carribean? t is one of the rides I am not sure about for Noah.
We were just there two weekends ago! We had a blast, too...though Big Brother was much more adventerous ride-wise than my girls.
Glad you had fun!
Isn't is so much better to experience Disney thru the eyes of your children! I cannot wait to take the girls back to The House Of The Mouse!
Travel safe.
The castle is a magical place, for sure! We made our first family trip there in January for a week...and it was freezing. We're talking about making a short trip there in December if we go to another ACC championship game. :)
Great post. Really funny about the coffeemaker in the value hotel...
This post made me miss home! We're going home in May or June and it will be our boy's first Disney visit. I can't wait! I'm glad you had such a good trip. :)
